Have been coming to OUCH! URGENT CARE since it opened. First class service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very clean and comfortable waiting area. Taken to treatment room about one minute after updating profile. Verbal and written treatment reviewed and explained. Best Urgent Care Facility in Elkridge, Columbia, & Ellicott City area. Everybody was so nice. I came in on a Saturday morning expecting a long wait. I will seem promptly and politely. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Check in was convenient. I would highly recommend.Lindsay was my provider and she was very nice.

Head and shoulders better than minute clinic - who couldn’t even tell me if they could see me the same day - because no one was free to answer the phone or talk to me at the clinic . Ouch was quick and thorough - I can’t speak to costs - I don’t even know what I will end up paying (welcome to American health care)

I will never attempt to come here again. I was here on Sunday for a cough, only to find out that I can’t be seen by a doctor until I have a negative Covid test. Ok, fine. I took the test, it’s negative. And so I rescheduled to be seen. I come to my appointment and check-in as instructed. I sit here and wait for an hour and then get a notification that my appointment is complete. I go inside to find out what’s going on to be told that “they were looking for me” but I wasn’t in the parking lot. I wasn’t? That’s news to me after sitting here for an hour waiting. Then they ask if I was parked in the orange parking spots. The ones marked for Covid tests. The answer is NO BECAUSE I AM NOT HERE FOR A COVID TEST. Then they told me I should’ve come in the building? How was I supposed to know that? The instructions say to check in online and wait your turn. NO FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN. I left because I’m fed up and will never come here again. And I’ll be sure to let everyone I know what a terrible experience it is coming here.
