I have never had such a frustrating experience with medical billing in my life - I went to receive treatment for an infection and while the treatment was fine, the experience with getting a billing issue resolved has been an absolute nightmare. They failed to file with my insurance in a timely manner, which has left me embroiled in a battle with them for months attempting to explain to them that it is their own fault for failing to file with insurance on time and that I am not on the hook for a balance as a result. Customer service has been utterly useless and I received multiple promises to fix the issue, only for further bills to arrive in the mail. The fact that they are seemingly incapable of contacting my insurance company to resolve this simple billing error is simply unreal. The doctors and nurses here are good, but the billing department here is awful and for that reason alone, I would go elsewhere.

Came for drug test and they literally had me waiting for more than 5 hours. Very bad experience, no one was helpful. I asked the receptionist on how long I have to wait and she just kept saying keep waiting until you are called. I had to leave after 5 hour wait without completing the test.

My stepson went here and got diagnosed with the flu but they ran out of flu medication so he left with no medication. Clearly the website has posted #FakeNews as per below. Per the website: Many prescription drugs, chiefly those prescribed for urgent care conditions, are available at every Patient First. If you need antibiotics for an infection or pain relievers for a fracture, you can get your prescription medications at Patient First and be on your way.
