The billing department/medical staff is inept. I have a $20 copay for office visits including urgent care and received a bill for $150. Called to correct and no one could assist me. I was transferred to three different offices. Medical providers need to learn how to bill insurance correctly and when there is an error help to resolve the issue instead of saying "I cannot do that."
