When you think about the demographic that walks in the door of this office every walk of life is represented, every!....why they insist on hiring mostly young white woman that have no interest in their jobs least alone being helpful or caring to people’s problems with no worldly understanding of people’s life circumstances. If you get to see a doctor they are mostly ok, but heavens forbid if you have a question or a problem outside of your consultation ie prescriptions, referrals etc . Someone different answers the phone every time that can just about read or understand you. They seem more interested updating their status on their phones or being catty about each other out the back by the printer. Poorly run and difficult to deal with, just not well run at all, very rarely will someone call you back. Also plan on being their an hour, the doctors have no accountability for your time or even want to understand it. Mostly you will be seen 30-40 mins after your appointment time.
