Whether it’s the clinic’s fault or Solv’s fault, the wrong date for a covid vaccine event was listed online. Solv literally allowed me to book an appointment - so I took a day off work and drove 45 minutes to the clinic - only to find it closed and be told by a security guard that the vaccine event wasn’t until the following day. Again, this was not my error. Solv listed the event on the wrong day and required me to schedule an appointment for that day.

We arrived 30 min early and waited thru the appt time for a COVID vaccination; however, no one from SOLV ever showed up to provide vaccinations. Not happy.
