Normally, I have a really good experience at PM pediatrics but this time I had to wait for 2 and 1/2 hours they put me in the room right away but then I wasn't seen for a really really long time I'm hesitant to come back here in the future because of that experience. In addition, the nurse and the doctor and even the front desk person are not very friendly, they were not rude but just a little colder than what I've experienced from them in the past.

I used to be a huge fan of PM Ped’s. The last two times I’ve been there, I’ve been hounded to get my child(ren) a COVID test. The first time I denied the test due to no symptoms & was called “irresponsible.” The second time the doctor said “we’re doing a rapid COVID test or she needs to quarantine for 10 days. If denied we cannot release her back to school.” She had an ear ache. Not everything is COVID. I will not be returning or recommending to anyone again. Anne Arundel County requires a rapid test for POSITIVE CLOSE CONTACT & SYMPTOMS. Not for any other reason. Ridiculous.

This time was absolutely terrible. I have always had amazing experiences at the annapolis facility from the wait times to the doctors and nurses. This time was MUCH different. I had an appointment at 3:45 and was not seem until 5pm. Holding a 3 year old in a room for 75 mins before being seen was awful for both of us! Also, when finally seen the doctor was quick and short and provided no clarity as to what she was treating my son for or what could have caused the rash that she said “just put hydrocortisone on”. I received no paperwork or follow up instructions. I have been to this locations many many times and this recent experience would make me think twice about returning. Extremely disappointed and now I have another appointment elsewhere for his rash because the hydrocortisone I used on him actually made it much worse.

Horrible wait time. Needed a rapid test and didn’t find out till waiting over a hour for a scheduled apt that they could not provide that. Now my child will miss more school. Would not come back again.

Pm Pediatrics was recommended to us and we would definitely go back. Everyone was very nice and great with my son. Lab results were back in exactly 15 minutes as they told us they would be. It was easy to schedule the appointment online.

We came with an infant fever. I didn't mind the wait in the parking lot, but we spent another hour in the exam room before seeing the provider. I'm not sure why we received a notification that they were ready and to go inside. We would have rather waited in our car where it was more comfortable. Our 9 month old daughter didn't get a rectal temp, only relied on forehead. For comparison, forehead at her pediatrician was 98.7 followed by 102.5 rectal minutes later. Her weight was taken fully clothed/diapered, which can be inaccurate as well. The NP had wonderful bedside manner and was very nice, but she told us not to worry about the fever for 2 more days and missed a serious ear infection that was caught by pediatrician the very next morning. Overall we're not satisfied and likely wouldn't return to this location unless there was a dire need.

Dr. Reza was amazing. You can tell that she genuinely cares about her patients. She made my child feel very comfortable and went out of her way to make sure that she received her medication on time.

After waiting for this appointment all day, driving 30 minutes and waiting a hour, I was extremely disappointed that the doctor refused to do a rapid covid test even though we have guests coming and my husband is high risk. Of course we did aPCR but for my peace of mind asked several times for a rapid too. i feel she was disrespectful and insensitive. i will not be back.

Always easy to get an appointment, and it is very clean. We have seen two different providers and the quality of care is always amazing. Will continue to go here, when needed and will recommend to others.

I had an appointment for my 23 month old at 10:20pm to have a RSV test due to an outbreak at her daycare and her having a cough and runny nose for 4hrs. We arrived at 9:54pm and were told they didn’t have anymore RSV test but the doctor could still evaluate her. We did not see the doctor until 12:30am. My daughter was restless and that wait period for a young child is unacceptable

I received this link to see how my appointment went and I am still in the waiting room not yet seen and my appointment was scheduled for 6pm. Now it’s 6:41pm and still waiting. Not sure why is the appointment needed when I still wait the same time as if I was to walk in.

Waited an hour even though I had an appointment. Receptionist suffered from lethargy. Not sure she had a pulse. She couldn’t care any less about being there. Nurse practitioner was short and abrupt.

The bedside manner was terrible. The nurse did not explain anything to me or my 3 year old. She handed him the finger clasp to check his pulse as if he knew what to do with it. They ran two tests and said we could leave. No explanation of what might be going on, alarming symptoms to keep and eye out for or whether or not we should follow up with our PCP. I was very disappointed with everyone aside from the front desk assistant. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. She is the only reason I gave 3 starts. Otherwise it would have been a 0.

We made an appointment yesterday as required, despite this location advertising that no appointments are needed (huge sign on side of the building). Despite this, it took 35 minutes before they were ready for us. Highly inconvenient. Either require appointments and respect your patients’ time, or do not require appointments.

Why make appointments when your take just as many walk ins on a 1:1 ratio. This was not a one time situation- I waited even longer for the visit Kasy month. Will not be recommending anymore or returning. And I work in healthcare.

We came in with a head injury in my toddler. The entire staff was friendly and got us in as quickly as possible. We all left feeling much better. I really appreciate the time and care given to us because I know everyone there was very busy.

This office offers urgent care visits for children and young adults ages 0-26.

We ARE currently able to offer PCR COVID testing for patients of all ages. To avoid having to wait, you can download the PMPAnywhere app, initiate a virtual visit, and then come in for your test. While we prioritize our pediatric patients, adults can also walk in for a screening visit and be tested on-site.
