We only needed a Covid test for my 7 year old to start school (he was healthy, just had to make it official). The process was quick and easy. The nurse who administered the test was very kind, explained what she would do, and treated my son with respect.

Everyone is fine, but they messed up our COVID test, and took an express one instead of the regular one. When we left they realized that they made a mistake and asked us to come back. This was an inconvenience but I hope this time it’s the regular test
