This place is so convenient! They have later hours, such a friendly staff and we have always had an easy experience there. I would highly recommend them, I just told a friend to do the same.

Everything was great except the fact that we were expected to sit in the waiting room with other patients. My child was there for a covid test following a close contact exposure, and I felt like we were potentially exposing other people who were waiting there at the same time. I was expecting to be shown to a patient room immediately or asked to wait in the car.

The wait was terrible! Once taken to the back, I spent over 3 hours in their office waiting for testing, results and final conversation with Dr.

I love the convenience and ability to make sane day appointments. The front desk staff is not the friendliest but not the worst. The clinical staff is very friendly. I come here regularly for urgent issues because my children’s primary care doctor is far away. The reason for my rating is because I am frustrated that the doctor gave me the third degree about declining a COVID test for my baby. I brought her in for a rash and she insisted that she could not clear her for COVID without a test and had to note it in the letter for daycare. I didn’t bring her in for COVID. She doesn’t have any COVID symptoms WHY ARE WE SPEAKING OF COVID. I’m not interested in traumatizing my baby with COVID tests every time I come to seek care, just so they can check off a box. I came to get clearance for a rash.

It would be helpful to have a way to stay in your car after check in until they’re ready for you without dragging a bunch of kids inside to be told to go back to the car until a room is ready. I like checking in from the car, but waiting in the car would be even better.

Wow. What is the point of having patients schedule appointments if the times are not honored? We got there 15 minutes early to complete any paperwork, which we were not even called to the desk to complete until after our appointment time. We waited over 80 minutes past our appt time to be seen and then the prescriptions were called in to the wrong pharmacy. We will not be returning. Thankfully we live in an area with many urgent care options available when necessary.

This was my family’s first time using the clinic's services. I was completely dissatisfied. I scheduled a 8 pm appointment. I completed my paperwork and check-in virtually. At approximately 9:10 pm, the doctor came in to exam my son and it took about 5 minutes. Unfortunately, I had to ask about the exam findings as they were not expressed to me. The doctor did explain the findings at that time. The nurse that conducted my son’s test was excellent. They explained what was going to happen and tried to make my son feel as comfortable as possible. While I was still at the clinic I received message asking about my visit.

This was our first visit to PM Pediatrics. I was pleasantly surprised by how few people were in line compared to other places I called. The nurse was fabulous and very kind. The doctor was professional and nice as well, however I do not feel that he provided adequate care. I knew we needed a prescription, as did the medical professional at the CVS Minute Clinic who referrred us, yet the doctor did not feel it was needed. My child was still not feeling well and a visit to our pediatrician later got her the medication she needed. I wish she did not have to 1) experience such a delay for badly needed medication and suffer in the meantime, and 2) wasn’t exposed to more medical facilities than necessary during a pandemic.

The RN who assisted us had poor bedside manner. She was not friendly and far from empathetic of our needs. We waited over an hour without any idea what was going on. Not so much as a staff member popping in to say it would be another few minutes. Things like that can make the wait more tolerable. The doctor was more pleasant and addressed all questions. Would NOT recommend this office specifically because of the RN we dealt with. Being a nurse myself, that takes a lot to say.

Time to wait to be checked in was fast. Took almost an hour before we saw a doctor to be checked out. We were there to get a COVID-19 test.

The Doctor and nurse were great with my 7 year old grandson. They put both of us at ease, especially when the nurse tested him for covid. My grandson appreciated their sense of humor.

I LOVED EVERYONE & QUALITY of care, but the wait time was insane, I understand considering the circumstances but I was told to make an appointment, I got there in time for my appointment And waited in my car with my toddler for almost an hour, then waited to be seen again. I completely get covid has a lot to do with it, but for all that I don’t think appointments should be required

I went there with my daughter to do COVID-19 test. They kept us there for more than an hour and forced a physician visit. This is simply pointless. We didn't need any visit rather just the testing. They gave us a document that we had to sign where they mentioned that they will charge for both the visit and the testing separately. The additional time we had to wait and spent inside the facility made everyone unsafe and vulnerable to infections.

Good day my name is Shneideur Bredy and when I did a covid test on Friday August 13 I was told that the results would be sent to me on Sunday August 15 because I had a flight on Monday August 16. It's Sunday and I still don't have my results yet. Is there a way for you to send me the results tonight because my flight is tomorrow morning.

Poor. We went in for "same day" COVID test. I understood that since we were tested after 1pm, the results would be the next day. By the end of the following day, no results. After midnight (so 2 days) an email came saying we had new results, but since a doctor had not reviewed them, they did not appear in the portal. So the email was pointless, as was paying more for the "same day" test. I would not recommend anyone trust PM Pediatrics for result times, and likely will not go back. I will share this experience with my pediatrician who recommended PM Pediatrics

I made an appointment for COVID testing t. I told the receptionist that I have medicare insurance.will I be charged she was very arrogant and said I don’t know you will get the bill in the mail.I said my friends got it it was free for them .she said I don’t know she had no cutesy to ask other employees to confirm .I was very upset and left the facility.now a days younger people don’t want to work and want easy money
