What a pleasant surprise! Everyone from the front desk, check-in vitals, doctor were all lovely. We were seen right on time and everything felt clean and organized. In and out for the most part. Everyone treated my 2 year old so very kindly and made the visit pleasant and easy. Thank you for making this experience so great!

I booked my daughters appointment at the location and was seen within the next 20 minutes. I’d definitely recommend anyone with children going here.

We had an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours before being seen. We went to the bathroom and someone else took their kid into the bathroom and peed all over the seat and just left it a mess. We saw the doctor for about 3 minutes and had to wait again for testing to get done. This is not the first time we have been to a pm pediatrics and had a poor experience.

It’s stressful taking two kids to the dr, especially at night. PM Pediatrics made the experience so much better. The appointment was booked online, and you can also upload all documents like ID and insurance card, which saved a lot of time in the office. The staff including drs and nurses were very friendly. They took my concerns seriously and treated my daughters with care. The facility was clean and spacious and decorated in a welcoming manner. The only complaint was the wait time. As with every office I’ve been to in 41 years, we were seen almost an hour after our scheduled time. I highly recommend this office and I would not hesitate to come here again.

Room didn’t look clean! Especially with all the Covid stuff going on! Took way too long, should of had more Doctors! No one way really friendly! Wasn’t crazy about the Drs care didn’t really seem to know what was going on!

My son was very well cared for by everyone from start to finish. I’m glad they kept us for a while to make sure his symptoms were subsiding.

Made an appointment still waited an hour and half to be seen. The doctor said she felt that my child had sinus pressure and it go away on it’s own I explained the history of my child and she stated she wouldn’t give me antibiotics. Acted like I was asking for oxy or something. Told me to take her to her regular doctor to get meds. Waste of time and money. Now I am down another day of work and gotta take my kid to the doctors yet again. Very upset.

My daughter was misdiagnosed, told she had scabies took her to her primary the next day was told it was an allergic reaction and rash was go 2 days later. Normally a great place however would not see this doctor again

First time using an urgent care for my 2 yr old daughter. Facility was very clean, staff friendly and super helpful. They listened and explained next steps. Sweet with my daughter. I would recommend them 100%!

This may be long, but as a mother and what I went threw last night I’m going to voice my option. I worked in urgent care center I get most of everything. I rushed my son in there about 9:20pm I didn’t leave till almost 1am! I get it patients need to be seen. When we got to the room, a nurse came in asked what happen took a picture of my sons hand and gave him Tylenol. After over an hour the dr finally comes in…. Now with an open gash on a child’s hand I think a dr should have a least came in took a look with some good costumer service….. maybe I’m wrong. My son is nervous, I asked for gloves to help clean his hand… I’m not the dr nor the nurse here. As we wait for 2 more hours we watch mtv videos on your tv… a pediatrics place with half naked woman on the tv. The whole night was a JOKE and I can say I will never return to this. Nor hopefully friends or family don’t. I’m not impressed AT ALL! I do have more complaints but I’m going to try to keep my cool. But DO BETTER!

We arrived at 6:45 and waited until 9:15 with out being seen or anyone coming in. My son had a injury to his knee and needed an x ray. I understand children are sick but felt like someone should of at least came in and looked at his leg to make sure it wasn’t broken.

was terrible, i needed a rapid test for my workplace and they didn’t get me in on time, i had to wait an extra 45 minutes and then they didn’t even have a rapid test so now i wasn’t gonna be able to go back to work, and then they said they can give me a test that takes 24 hours but for that test i needed a physical checkup done so the physician came and performed a full checkup and they took forever

Easy to book an appointment online, was in an out within 30 minutes with 2 children and that included covid testing. The doctor and nurse didn't dismiss any of concerns nor did I feel rushed.

Much longer wait time than what I expected from an urgent care. Arrived around 315 and told to return around 6. This was better than what we were told on the phone ( expect 8 pm) The medical provider answered all my questions but they didn’t have RSV test in stock. All paperwork on the phone/ app.

Make sure you make an appointment but even still expect to be there under 2 hours. Healthcare workers can only do so much with an increase in patients and decrease in staff.
