Medical assistant and front desk workers are not pleasant individuals. Provider was just okay. She didn’t do anything above the bare minimum.

the girl at the front desk was very rude and dry she didn't even want to help me with simple information not to mention she sends me across the street for my child's meds probly new she never sent my prescription over. I waited 3 hours try to get my prescription sent never sent and at the end my daughter stay in pain all night never recommending this place.

The wait alone makes this impossible to recommend. We scheduled an appointment, and it still was 1h45m from start to finish. The quality of care and the wait time make this a waste of resources.

Waited more than an hour past an appointment time

Waited 2 hours to be seen and I had an appointment. Will never, ever come back. The worse care I have ever received.

I called the Laurel location on 9/29 2:17pm to schedule appointment for covid test for my son. I was told to schedule appointment online, but since I was already on the phone with the lady, I asked if she chould go ahead and schedule me for appointment and since my son is already in the system; she schedule me for 9/30 at 11:45am. I walked in on 9/30 at 11:45am only to find out I have no appointment. My appointment could not be found in their system. At this point I was upset. I explained to the front desk I was scheduled via phone and they still couldn't find me. I'm very positive SOMEONE in that facility answered the phone and gave me an appointment. This is very unprofessional and frustrating as a customer. With all said and done, I was able to be seen as a walk in which took less than 1 hour. I appreciate the staff making amends to solve the issue, but who ever picked up the phone should not be working there.

Terrible wait time. The nurses says your next and it turns into 2 hours. The truth was hard to come by in this office. I will go to patient first from now on!

We waiting for like 2:30 to see de doctor

Your Laurel MD office is understaffed and overbooked. Needs updating and cleaning. Arrived early for our appointment, we were told it was too early we would throw their entire schedule off - no big deal… went in for our appointment and wait 40 minutes to see the doctor.

I am finally leaving the review after the second time of the same thing happening. Really not trying to be a jerk - I work in a medical practice myself and know sometimes dealing with patients is difficult. I called in advance was told no appt was needed just come in for a Covid test. We get there - the receptionist / medical tech with the chip on her shoulder responds it’s a wait she can’t tell me how long or I can schedule an appointment for later. The issue wasn’t the fact that we had to wait or even that you had to schedule an appointment. Please train whoever is at your front desk on basic people skills / communication / customer service and just not be disrespectful as sh*t passive aggressively. We came in 9/17 around 1230pm and will avoid this place moving forward.

Ever since they changed from kinder mender it has been the worst place I can ever go to. Parents have to bring their kids because is Saturday and their pediatrician is close and don’t want to go to the hospitals and get our kids even more exposed to covid but this place is the absolute worst.

My experience with PM as a whole was absolutely horrid. My 2 year old son had a fracture in his leg. After being TURNED AWAY from the first PM facility due to them "being booked up" I made the dreadful mistake of trying a different location due to me simply wanting my son to be seen by a provider that specializes in pediatrics. I was not greeted with an ounce of sympathy as I came in with a two year old that could not put his body weight on his leg. The staff was very dry and for me it was an emergent situation. I understand that during this time in this current pandemic that things are different with how healthcare works but I am not an employee of PM and as a parent of an injured child that is not able to communicate what is hurting and how bad its hurting the LAST thing I want to do is be treated as if we are a problem. I felt as if my child's pain was an inconvenience to a person that barely took the time to look at me. The provider was pleasant and I appreciate that. But there is absolutely nothing nice to say about any of the three ladies I came in contact with before seeing the provider.

appt was 5:15 butt why were running behind. that wash fine so we sat in the car and was texted when it was our turn (about 5:30). we were taken right back and my child was swabbed for strep and covid. the dr came in and checked her. throat was red. swabbed for rapid covid. then we were forgotten for 2 hours. my child was miserable and coughing and i went out at 7 and asked how much longer as my child was not able to sit any longer and wanted for go home to rest. she said she didn’t know but would check. nothing. at 7:40 i went back out and again asked how long to another girl. she had a look on her face like why are you still here. she asked our name and said she’d check. she came in the room with a print out showing negative step and rapid covid and said the sample has already been picked up for the other testing. i asked what she was supposed to take for the cough and sore throat and i got the generic motrin or tylenol. i told her that she had been taking motrin and other medication since friday and it wasn’t helping. any other suggestions. she said oh i’ll get the provider. we waited another 4 mins then i decided we had waited too long for this entire process and we would just go to the pharmacy. i let them know that i was very upset that we had been forgotten for 2 hours. and i got a sorry mom. ok but i still don’t know how the test results will come back or when or what my daughter should be taking. is she contagious with her cough, sore throat and runny nose? is she ok to go to school and work? i don’t know because no one ever came back to speak with us. appt was booked online provider was not caring. felt like she was rushed and she gave us no information check in was the easier. i did it online don’t know a cost yet but i’m sure it’s too much for what we got.

Your website says no Copay for Covid testing but your staff wouldn't follow your own policy. Then when I called the number given to me to get this resolved the voice mail said the office was closed even though it was within the stated hours of operation. Worst experience ever. I will copy this to Google and Yelp
