I don't know if the app or the staff was the problem, but the app said we had nobody ahead of us and we watched as three groups it said were behind us got called. Then when I went up to the desk to ask if there was a problem, the lady started insisting that I hadn't completed my paperwork even though the app was clearly stating that I had completed my paperwork. WTF.

I came in for a covid test for my daughter about 9:22pm and was finished and out the door by 10:00. Fast service, friendly staff and clean waiting room area and patient room.

Had to wait an hour for a Covid test nose-swab. Then had to wait another 10 min. for the Dr. to do an exam. Only one Dr. and one nurse on duty and they looked stressed and overworked. They were very friendly and nice despite being shorthanded.

I waited 45 min b4 being seen. And another hour for dr to come into room. After they diagnosed me, the provider would not let me leave with out a covid test!!! Be aware that you may be forced to take a covid test. Regardless of your predominantly diagnosed issue- as per "PM policy"!

I took my kids for a Covid test right at 10 AM when it open. The receptionist arrived at 10:02 while there was a line of four or five patients waiting to check in. The wait time was absurd for a simple Covid test. I was there for two hours and had about a total of five minutes of interaction with healthcare providers. Very doubtful I will go back.

My son waited 3 hours to been seen by a physician. Once in a room we waited over an a hour for x-Ray. His thumb is fractured. The tech came in & handed my 14 year old the splint for him to put it on himself. She watched in put the splint on incorrectly & left the room. No prescriptions for pain medication was prescribed. We were discharged without proper paperwork or referral for Orthapedic specialist. I had to ask at the front desk.

Great medical staff but really bad attitude from front desk woman. unclear wait times (came as walk in and was told I was next only to let 10 families go before us.) Called in from waiting in the car after 1:30 hours and then waited additional 40 mins in the building to be seen even after they texted us they were ready

My main concern is the wait time. Staff is professional. I’m concerned that my kids who are testing for COVID for school, have to wait for a significant amount of time at a place where they might end up contracting COVID. This is more of an issue with our local government not providing adequate testing.

Everything was great EXCEPT they did not swab my child for strep -- when she presented with sore throat / pain swallowing. I had to go BACK (to a different urgent care) the next morning to get her swabbed for strep (which is dangerous if untreated.) Also, they apparently do not offer vaccines or flu shots -- which is INSANE. Even outside of a pandemic, if you have a patient in clinic anywhere, with qualified staff to administer, they should be offered... They said it was for efficiency's sake. That's awful.

I went for a COVID test but my child’s primary complaint was a sore throat. I am not sure whether the NP even looked in his throat. He should have had a culture for strep while he was there but it was never discussed.

I came for a covid test for my 2 kids. I was told it was a 2 hour wait so checked in and took the kids home for dinner. About 30 minutes later I was told it was our turn so we stopped dinner and quickly returned. We got both covid tests very quickly and kindly so thank you for that. Then we waited 45 minutes for an exam? I don't understand- we came for a covid test which we got. Then we waited. And waited. And waited. Eventually I decided that my kids needed the rest of their dinner and sleep more than an exam that I didn't ask for. I took them home. Upon reaching home and preparing them for bed I received a call essentially holding the covid tests hostage unless I roused my children from bed to return them to the facility for a cursory medical check that I didn't ask for. I asked for a covid test. You could have remitted the covid test materials without the needless exams. It's not my intention to post this publicly. I just want you to understand my frustration.

Waited an EXTREMELY long time despite having an appointment time for 8:15 pm that was made at 9 am this morning. Front desk was not friendly or helpful. Nurse and doctor were nice enough but no one even took my kid’s temperature! We waited an hour and a half past his appointment time just to be seen, we saw the doctor for maybe 5 minutes and no one even took his temp or checked his SPO2. Not happy.

There is no way to say it without sounding hyperbolic, but there are angels taking care of little baby angels all day during a global viral pandemic. We have visited often lately, and each time service has been top notch. This is the only place to take children outside of their PCP. Stay safe and stay great.

This office offers urgent care visits for children and young adults ages 0-26.

We ARE currently able to offer PCR COVID testing for patients of all ages. To avoid having to wait, you can download the PMPAnywhere app, initiate a virtual visit, and then come in for your test. While we prioritize our pediatric patients, adults can also walk in for a screening visit and be tested on-site.
