This is my favorite place to get care! The staff are friendly, very experienced with kids, plus the place is meticulously clean. The wait time is minimal. The staff including the physician, the nurse and the receptionist at PM pediatrics we’re all very professional. With the Delta surge and the prolonged wait times in most EDs this is a lifesaver to have in our community. Thank you PM pediatrics for everything that you have done and for serving us during the pandemic. Rockville team rocks!

I was really surprised that we had to wait for nearly an hour after checking in to be seen. Also surprised and disappointed by the way the front desk staff were dismissive of me when I asked if we had checked in given the unexpected wait time.

First timer. It wasn’t clear that I didn’t need to go go inside if I checked in by phone. I only learned after waiting for about 6 mins. Grabbing all the things for a toddler is cumbersome so it would’ve been nice to have avoided that whole step. We went back to the car and waited anticipating 35 mins based on what had been shared. Unfortunately it wasn’t clear how i would be notified when they were ready to see us. So I went back in around 40 min mark. Another customer managed to work their way around us and were placed in a room which was confusing to me as the solv app noted I next up. By now we had waited 50 mins. I stated this and was told that my sons profile wasn’t up to date and that was the reason why we hadn’t been called. I don’t know what that’s about but felt like we would’ve had to continue to wait if I hadn’t of inquired. The receptionist was ultimately apologetic but setting clear expectations / open communication would have made the experience better. The PA who saw us was very professional and kind.

They should’ve been ready and they wasn’t. They had forgotten that I was in the room, very unprofessional.I spent 45 minutes in there when it should’ve taken only 10 min for what I needed done. I had to go to the front desk and reminded them that I was still in the room unseen. They said that they had already checked me out.
