My husband and son showed up for their appointment at 3:35pm today. His appointment was scheduled for 4:00. He wasn’t seen by anyone until 5:30pm. No one came out to the waiting room to explain or apologize. He’s two years old- very sick and was running out of snacks and patience. Finally when called back, the nurse didn’t explain the long wait or apologize. She tested him for covid and dropped the send off swab!!! We were not going to retest at that point because my son was done. After 20 mins of waiting for rapid results - no one came in my husband decided to get up and leave. The doctor caught him and asked if he wanted her to examine him. All she told us was to avoid cough suppressants. Nothing else. It was a horrible experience and I will continue to write reviews until someone can explain why things were so incredibly slow.

Waited to be seen for an hour, when asked at 6:40 PM when my sons appointment that was scheduled for 5:40 pm would be I was told "Those appointments that are scheduled arent actually real" and was then ushered to a room where his BloodOx and temp were taken then left to wait for another 30+ minutes alone. When I stepped out of the room and asked the gentleman if they knew when we would be seen, i was told very rudely "It me your waiting for and I dont know im busy" So at that point I became even more frustrated and decided I would rather try my luck at going elsewhere or my sons pediatrician in the morning since it was already 7:30 and we had been there two hours at this point. I went to the reception desk to ask for a refund as we hadnt been seen the receptionist asked why we were leaving and i let her know we had been here for over two hours and was beginning to explain the situation I was cut off by her and told "Well were really busy" and ignored me when I told her I wasn't finished explaining myself. I took two time for me to tell her I wasn't finished talking for her to turn and face me and let me explain to her that I scheduled the appointment to follow up with someone as the paramedics had to come see my 1 year old and she finally started to pay attention and apologize for how the acted and let me know that the provider would come see me next. The Doctor came to see us a few minutes later and was only really apologetic about being busy, which I understand as were in a pandemic but as a fearful parent who wrote in the reason for the visit on an appointment that was supposed to be 2 hours before this whole interaction it was very frustrating and helpless situation and I was made to feel bad for speaking up and advocating for my child. Once all was said and done he was very helpful getting a test ran and going over some precautions and referrals, just probably wont come back unless my sons main doctors office is unable to accommodate again.

I don’t often write reviews but I felt it necessary in this case! I have never been to an urgent care facility as awesome as this one! The wait time was short (although we booked an appointment) the staff was super friendly and amazing, and the level of care exceeded my expectations! The doctor went above and beyond for my child! I was shocked that an urgent care took the time to actually care! I have already recommended this facility to friends! I was just blown away! Keep up the great work guys!

The staff was friendly and the doctor had a very good bedside manner and obviously really likes kids. We took our son in yesterday in the early afternoon for a hurt leg after a bigger kid fell on him at the splash pad. The clinic took x-rays and determined that the leg was not broken, but unfortunately did not do any further investigation to make a diagnosis despite my 4yo son’s inability to put weight on the leg. The doctor told us to follow up directly with an orthopedist in a week if the leg was still painful. My son has been in so much pain overnight, despite taking ibuprofen every time a dose is due, that my husband and son are on the way to Dell now, at 5am the next day, to try to get a diagnosis and some help with pain/healing. (It’s Sunday, so we wouldn’t be able to get in to the orthopedist office until tomorrow at the earliest.) In short, we have no complaints with the quality of care except that we left the clinic with a big problem still unsolved.
