I called close to closing to get my baby seen. The guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. He made us an appointment over the phone. When I got there we were called back quickly. Ashley was very helpful and answered all my questions. She definitely eased my mind.

This was a great experience, the gentleman that checked me, Thomas was knowledgeable friendly and kind. The medical assistant was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner Ashley was amazing! She has the best bedside manner I have encountered in a very long time. She listened to what I was saying did an appropriate examination, explained what she was going to prescribe for me, why and what the medication were for and side effects if any I could expect. when I felt like they all really did care and wanted to help.

My first time here or any Premier Urgent Care. The scheduling online was super efficient, the checkin was smooth and welcoming and the MA and NP were professional, knowledgeable and caring.
