Have been satisfied with the care provided since 2014 until now. In the past I paid my copay, tests were performed my scripts were issued. This visit I was told no co-pay due annual physical no charge, was told script request will be sent to the pharmacy which is Publix. However, follow up visit needs to be scheduled (scheduled 10/11) ? is there a problem said no just to discuss my results. 10/10 rec msg need to reschedule appointment for later time, I CB rescheduled 10/21 I advised pharmacy has not rec scripts stated will resend. Here is my issue, someone called 10/7 ? if I need to reschedule bc I'm late for my appointment I advised appt was rescheduled, I advised again my script request were not sent to the pharmacy I was THEN advised my scripts will not be sent until I pay my copay of $90. I explained I was told I did not have to pay the copay she said that was free but the the FOLLOW UP visit is not and I can schedule a phone visit with the doctor now, which I did and OF COURSE the copay was collected.. So basically in my mind, my meds were being held hostage until I paid the copay and, if the goal was to collect the copay it could have been done in the beginning not make it sound like you are giving me something. 2 scripts were then sent to the incorrect pharmacy. I have called the office a few times nothing has been done I'm extremely disappointed and quite frankly the health care system is awful we pay a lot of money for health care and to be treated this way is really a shame. And I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY MEDS!!!!
