I serve at one of our local hospitals in Baltimore in oncology, I understand the clinic lifestyle. I chose not to disclose my medical association for this reason. I received quick care with some resentment. I feel that the visit was very perfunctory ( there were 3 customers total). I over heard the evening staff through the door say and I quote "what a waste of time". Overall, the attending PA was very efficient, however, the behavior of the rest of the staff (RNS/Med techs) was absolutely unacceptable. With a few courses and professional training this facility has potential. Bed side manner begins when the patients walks in the door and when they exit the entire facility.
