They never called in my Rx. I called the office for 3 hours straight to see why they had t called in the prescription. There was no answer for 3 hours!! Finally, after being inconvenienced because no one was answering the phones, I drove up there because I knew it was open and there were staff at front desk. I walk in and ask why hasn’t my prescription been called in they said they made a Mia’s take and sent to wrong pharmacy and when I asked how come they aren’t answering the phones their answer was “we are busy”! There were 3 staff members and at least 3 doctors there. Someone could have answered the phones. Thank God it wasn’t an emergency but what if it was??? Unbelievable. I will never go there again. How can You work at the front desk of an emergency care facility and not answering the phones for 3 hours. Not once it just rings and rings and rings. I was flabbergasted at their nonchalant response. Not the way to run a medical facility.

Horrible!! The WORST ever!! I will NEVER go back. After skipping over me in line and putting people in before me that came in after me, I ended up waiting over an hour…which would have been ok if care was rendered but all I heard was the x-ray tech who was acting as a medical assistant (they must have been short-staffed) running around frazzled talking about how many hours long staff had been there and who expected all these people to come in tonight? Very unprofessional. I work in healthcare as well and this was an ATROCITY. I came there PREGNANT with an ABSESS that needed to be lanced and per the OB/GYN AND the ER doctors this COULD easily have been done in urgent care but because it was late and closing time the doctor came in (a little short man), did not even introduce himself or say hello, didn’t even BOTHER listening to what I was trying to say and cut me off to say go to the ER. Unnecessarily. Why? Because they all wanted to go home instead of helping the patients. DISGUSTING!! Following this the X-ray tech lady (who looked deranged and crazy) comes back in and tells ME that there is staff there who has been working 13 hours that day and it was late. Are you serious? Why would I possibly care when I’m pregnant with an absess and in pain? They couldn’t be bothered. Let them TRY to bill a visit to my insurance company for NO care being rendered at all and the doctor to speak three words to me and I will DEFINITELY be reporting this as insurance fraud and win hands down. NEVER going back there again!! Pitiful and shameful!!

Waited much too long. Almost 2 hours from start to finish

Complete waste of time. Called said I had abdominal pain & they said go on line fill out everything made the appointment. Then we get there they tell me they don’t have any X-ray techs or sonogram that I would have to come back. You wasted hours of my time.

Overall awesome. Wait time not their fault. X-ray machine went offline which caused my wait.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were very patient and took the time to really treat the problem I was having. The doctor took extra time to make sure everything was ok and what to do with my symptoms. I’m already starting to feel better.

The doctor diagnosed my health problem and I am doing better

The front desk working was clearly annoyed when we walked in close to closing time. Which I understand could be frustrating but you are a health care facility and people come in when in an medical crisis which appears she seems to have forgotten.

I was fortunate to be processed quickly and seen by the doctor quickly!!!
