The phone number to call to schedule a Covid19 test cycles through the message twice then hangs up on you - I tried 10 times over the course of an hour. No way to leave a message to get a call back and there is no on-line booking available. I had to drive in just to make an appointment. They wouldn't let me talk to them to make an appointment, I had to call another number from the parking lot. I couldn't get another appointment until the next day. Then, I had to sit in the parking lot for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time - they clearly overbooked. This is all this facility does, only Covid19 testing, I would think they would have a better idea of the turnaround time. The person that finally got around to doing my test told me I would have my results by Saturday evening. She outright lied. She knew I would not get my test results on "Saturday evening" because the lab they send it to is not even open on Saturdays or Sundays. Here it is Monday, 4 days later, and still no test results. I went with this facility because they claimed results in 24-48 hours. The email they gave me to contact the lab after 48 hours came back as undeliverable, in other words, a fake email address. The phone number they gave me to contact the lab is not the same company as that indicated in the email they provided, probably why it came back as undeliverable. I cannot get an actual person on the phone at the lab and they have not responded to the messages I sent. If I do in fact have Covid19, it is important to know so that contact tracing can be done and my doctor will better know how I should be treated. The practices of this company is irresponsible and unacceptable. I'm not sure how they stay in business. I wasn't sure how to rate bedside manner or staff friendliness since they outwardly appeared friendly, but yet they lied right to my face...
