I went online to get an appointment and to sign in thinking this would speed the process. NOPE! An appointment does not mean you will be seen at that time. Not sure why they have appointment times listed on the website. They are useless. It took me an hour and a half to be seen. Wish the website was more accurate. They should have real time appointments being updated hourly. The receptionist could keep the website current instead of being on personal calls. Personnel needed to be more professional. They could be heard talking and laughing in the hallway. This weekend they had a PA on duty, but a doctor. Not sure if this usual. We pay the same to see a doctor or a PA. This should be information on the website as well so people can choose to go or not. Too much hidden information so people are not able to make good decisions. This is my second visit. First one was great. Saw a doctor first time which was also on a weekend. He was very accurate in his diagnosis. Disappointed this time. Hope Christus Spohn bosses visit clinics during the weekends.

Went in to see Doctor and was told to make an appointment but I couldn’t do it there in person with receptionist. Was told to go outside and find website and make an appointment. No help from staff and no card with web information. Any symptoms with cold flu like make appointment. Broke bones or injuries can be see. How does the receptionist know who is carrying covid. The broken bones person could be carrier. Bad experience would not be here but insurance.

Horrible experience with the care provider who just wanted to get rid of you as soon as he could and was very arrogant and careless.
