My husband, and received excellent care from the staff. Nurse Wanda is super, and Dr Ahmed. Dr Ahmed even returned my call after the clinic was closed. He is excellent. We love everyone there, and have been there numerous times, and each time received great care.

I needed to get a COVID test on a Sunday for travel, and this clinic was the only one I could find open and with quick results. The wait time was minimal.

What a surprise, excellent care with little wait. I was able to get an appointment for a quick COVID test the same day. My appointment time was honored and I received my result in 20 minutes. The Doctor had an excellent bedside manner and wrote me a prescription for my symptoms.

I was able to get a rapid Covid test and results in less than an hour from start to finish. I made an appointment late on a Saturday night and was able to be seen at 10:30 the next morning. I was able to use my insurance and walked out without having to pay. The staff was friendly. The facility was clean. The app was easy to use. Wanda was very thorough. I would go back again and will recommend Q Day Walk-In Clinic & Spa to my family and friends!

The actual wait wouldn’t have a been a problem, but I was not told the wait time at all. I sat in the lobby for an hour when I could have just waited in my car.

I had a very good experience. The clinic was very clean and orderly. I felt safe. I was handled very professionally and i appreciated the great service. I definitely would recommend this clinic. The provider’s bedside manner was so pleasant and very professional.

During an extremely high demand time of COVID testing, the system of online appointments was very convenient. The app worked easily to upload my info. The staff was also very kind, courteous, and friendly. Thanks for a pleasant and easy experience.

The provider and staff were friendly, organized, and the office was clean. Dr. Ahmed was very professional, friendly, and patient with answering all of our questions. We need more doctors with his standards that show people he is there for them. Great job staff and Dr. Ahmed! Happy New Year!!!

I don’t normally write reviews, but since you asked…. I understand that during holiday season, there’s going to be an influx of patients and wait times that are a little longer than expected, but I scheduled an appointment to come in in for a simple rapid Covid test. It took almost 3 hours for me to be seen after I had arrived for my scheduled appointment. Once I was called, I was told that they did not have my insurance card or ID which I gave to them upon check in. After 15 minutes of searching they claimed they found it and told me the doctor would see me now. They then handed me back my ID & to my surprise it was the wrong ID and insurance which they got mixed up with another patient. They then had to go back and search for my correct ID and insurance which they finally found and I was seen about 35 minutes after that. After my experience I’m not confident in my test results and will be scheduling another Covid test with another clinic later on this week. Overall, probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a clinic.

2 hour wait . No rhyme or reason to the order , and walk ins were taken ahead of appointments until they realized they would run out of tests . Receptionist is a teenager who violated the HIPPA compliance of at least 2 persons . There was refuse on the floor of the operatory from the instrument one would use to look in nose / ears . The staff was short-staffed and terse . Many folks were in here for travel clearance , and while there was a 6 person rule in the lobby , many folks returned from their cars to ask questions , because the Solv app wasn’t updating , and the communication was so poor . All they could seem to do was bark orders and apologize .

I just went for a Covid, flu and strep test. Thought they were busy I was in and out within about an hour. I have been here a few other times for testing and brought a sick kid once a few months ago. Had one grouchy doctor the first time I was there, but all the other visits since then have been good. HOWEVER, the one thing that is frustrating is how awful the paperwork is. It's very hard to read and one page even was slanted a lot. Looks like these were printed off a mimeograph machine in 1983. I am sure your staff is super busy right now. But some of it was just plain hard to read. Maybe hire a staff friend or family member and pay them to retype everything. It's a little thing, and I would never suggest someone not go there for that. But just a thought.

Due to the high volume of Covid testing the wait was long but understandable under the circumstances. Staff was very apologetic, kind and doing the best they can.
