The front staff did not appear to want to be at work the day of my visit . I feel my wait time was longer because the didn’t know how to put in my insurance information.The NP was the only on who was professional. I called back the next day because I had not heard from the place they referred me to and Christen who answered the phone was rude and dismissive.

By no means this is a quick clinic. I have been here for more than 2 1/2 hours just to be tested. This is not the place to come if you need a COVID-19 test. GO somewhere else. Believe me you will thank me later. The receptionist is telling patients that it will be more than a 3 hour wait. Oh, and you need to do a copayment.
