Serving as a primary care provider in the Temecula area, Rancho Family Medical Group sees mostly an appointment-driven patient population, however, they may support walk-in patients during certain hours. It appears as though their practice is routinely open 5 days a week at their clinic located at 28780 Single Oak Dr, Suite 160 with today's hours being 8:00AM to 7:30PM. It is certainly best to call the clinic to schedule an appointment, or ask about walk-in availability.

If I could give this office a zero I would. It is unbelievable how they treat, or lack thereof, their patients. My husband came into this office November 2018, a week after we went to Urgent Care for back pain. Urgent care took X-Rays and did not see any broken bones. They asked us to follow up with primary physician if conditions do not get better after a week. The period between November 2018-December 2018, we came and saw 2-3 different PAs, 5 different times who kept telling him to do stretches and to take pain medicine because they believed it was a back spasm. Mind you, my husband was 31, healthy and active at the time. He had a skin condition that he thought could have been impetigo and of course they agreed to it without FIRST running any tests or recommending that we go to see a specialist which resulted in him getting fired from his work. BTW we found out it's actual a fungal infection. Anyways at the third visit he asked Jillin (PA) if it could be cauda equina and of course she brushed it off, "nope, no" etc. At our last visit who we had to see a different PA, again not an MD or anything, especially after this many visits you would think they would have an MD check him out and make sure we exhausted our resources. They kept harassing him and asking him if he was using drugs. I finally had it and asked him what else is there they can do because the pain medication and the stretches are not working. He finally gave us a referral for an MRI. On 12.27.18 we go to get the MRI, later in the evening we get a call from Jillian that we have to rush to the hospital because they found an infection in his disk. We go to the hospital and all the doctors are flabbergasted by how long it took this office to refer us for an MRI. My husband could have been paralyzed for the rest of his life. We ended up staying at the hospital for a WEEK! After the hospital this office refused to even call and check in or let us know what our plan of treatment will be. We made an appointment and when my husband came in to visit after the hospital we finally got to see what Dr. Combs look like. We finally get a bill from them in November 2020. Charging us because apparently at one of the visit in October 2019 my husband didn't have his insurance card. I am not sure if we even made this visit because we were so angry with the lack of care from this office. I called the office today and the billing girl made it sound like the doctor did us a favor by seeing us. My husband was almost paralyzed or worse in your care and instead of apologizing or checking in to see how he is doing you guys made it sound like a favor?! It is unbelievable, not only did they put incompetent professionals to provide for us but now they want to charge us for not doing anything?? (Does not make sense!) They lacked treatment plan, a transition plan and a discharge plan. I would be mortified if I were ever a doctor and treated my patients this way. Like any doctor/doctor's office, they just try to get as many people in there as possible for money but they lack professionalism and the oath they took to care for patients. Isn't there an ethical or compliance code that you guys have to uphold to?! Where is the patient care that you guys took an oath to? After how much/badly you guys screwed us over, you guys still want to come after us for $100???? Please I would love to see you guys out in small claims court for this if it has to come down to it because after all the evil things I've seen in this world this has to be the lowest and most evil thing anyone has ever done to us. Disheartening and very sickening!!
