Was in and out in about an hour and ten minutes!! That's a first for an urgent care facility on a Friday evening!! I was very surprised and the Doctor was great!! Thanks:)

I took my 5yr old daughter to this urgent care at 9:25pm on Friday night. We only waited 1 hour and they got us back into a room and to me, that’s impressive especially during Covid. My daughter received 4 stitches to her face. She was very scared. The entire staff was so nice and worked very diligently to make sure the stitches were just right. We saw her pediatrician for a recheck 3 days later where he said, “these sutures look amazing! It really looks like a plastic surgeon did this. Very nice job!” He was very impressed. It was good to hear him say that and very reassuring. Thank you to all the staff who helped my daughter that night. I’m grateful for all of your help.

Don’t use this facility. I showed up here at 7:45 on a Saturday evening with my granddaughter who had cut her lip open and had a cut under her eye signed in and filled out all the paperwork. There was no one else waiting and I waited for until 9 PM and decided it’s not worth waiting any longer I told him I was leaving with my granddaughter and they didn’t seem to care. I only went to public school so maybe I don’t know the definition of urgent but they didn’t seem to be in much of a hurry to do anything. And when I left they said they would keep the paperwork open and I could come back tomorrow if I wanted to. What a joke! I bet I don’t get a survey from them asking for my opinion of my visit.

Worst experience ever my daughter was just having a follow up and it took almost 5 hours just to check her. It’s ridiculous how they make you wait in the room and you could hear staff having fun talking about their personal life. Please keep it to yourself your at a professional setting.smh

The doctor named dutta was so rude.

As soon as we walked into the facility the man who’s picture is on the front of this website (Jesse) was nothing but rude to us. My boyfriend had thrown out his back to the point where he could barely walk and after a long walk to the facility, I guess we had gone through the side door, which we thought was the entrance since it is the only picture of a door on the website and also right underneath the sign saying urgent care. The door was open so we walked through. Jesse immediately says this isn’t the entrance, I said “I’m sorry I didn’t know” and he responds rudely “oh yes you did, you can read can’t you!?” After the fact I saw there was a tiny sign on the INSIDE of the door saying “not an exit” of course we wouldn’t have gone that way if there was any sign directing us to the actual front door. Aside from that interaction, the wait wasn’t that long which was nice. And my boyfriends doctor, Dr. Suheir was amazing and very sweet and helpful. My boyfriend needed xrays and come to find out, it was Jesse, who was extremely short and rude, he seemed like he was in a hurry and was impatiently tapping his foot on the floor waiting for my boyfriend (who could barely walk) rush to the X-ray room. The lady who was at the front desk was very nice, but other than her and Dr. Suheir, most of the other staff was very unprofessional just laughing and talking with each other in the waiting room. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go this place. I know that working at urgent care isn’t the easiest job and can be frustrating, but you should be professional and not disrespect your customers. Disregarding the fact that there is a picture of someone flipping off the camera on this official website, the staff is rude and would rather be anywhere else. Don’t waste your time here.

Brought my brother because his pilondial cyst was very inflamed and he was in much pain! Arrived at 6:30 AM and was called back at 7:21 AM. A nurse left at 7:10AM and was told that there was a shift change....keep in mind there was ONLY 1 person here when I arrived and this person arrived at 4:48AM. The wait time is ridiculous!!!!! My brother is in pain and nobody seemed to make it a priority to get him seen ASAP! From the time we arrived (6:30AM-7:10AM), the 2 nurses and one other staff member that was present was standing around talking about getting there nails done & what they did for Christmas. If you are in pain and would like to be seen ASAP, do NOT come to this urgent care!
