I was seen there and love the staff and Mrs. Yasmeen. Everyone is awesome. I switched my care from Community Family Medicine to Rapid Care, it was the best move I made. The staff is always smiling and willing to help.

I love everyone in that office. They always great me when I walk in with a hello Ms Sells snd a big smile. I love Tanya and Racheal and Dr Jay always has a smile for me also. Yes I tell everyone I know to go there.

Make sure you call ahead, be prepared to wait over 6 min on phone. Once you get there the wait time is 50/50 shot for wanting a long time or a little.Getting an answer on the phone is difficult. The staff is friendly and understanding. Dr. Joyner she’s wonderful and Dr. J is a wonderful Dr. as well.

I don't recommend at all. I've been there for years and ever since it was taken over a couple of years ago it's gone downhill. Phones hardly answered. They don't return phone calls. They take forever to refill meds and then I put in a transfer to another drs office and signed a release to go to a new Dr and they haven't done it yet. And that was almost 2 weeks ago.

I have been seeing the PA for a while on my last she was suppose to send a new prescription for my blood pressure med. Which was never done. it took me a week to finally get ahold and of someone then they wanted to argue with me why i needed this because yoy did not do your job. this is unacceptable and unprofessional.
