I have found a provider that I trust. Holly never seems to be in a rush. She answers my questions with clarity and is always quick to give me a depth of understanding about my health. It is clear that she is there to work for MY benefit. Valeria is one of the most attentive and personable people that I have worked with as well. I am thankful to have found a local provider that I trust. And their billing department works with my insurance company to get my coverage issues straightened out. The guy at the front desk was rude to everyone in there while I was there. He didn’t even say a word when I paid. Not a thank you or anything. I don’t have to take my business to this place! It used to be a great place to go. The floor was dirty in our room too.

Was not expecting to be seen as I wasn’t sure needed. However after speaking with staff was glad I did as the exposure to influenza A was in the whole family. Practitioner was very thorough and helpful! Thank you for your service.

Found out ive been going here since 2013 time flies but the service here is exceptional. The staff and doctors are awesome thank you. Wait time short didnt even get comfortable and they called me back.

This was my first time at the Argyle TX location of Rapid Med and I couldn’t figure out all the paperwork online but easy to finish when I got there. All staff was friendly for a Sunday morning and listened to me. This was more of a preventative visit…to make sure I was/wasn’t contagious to others. I haven’t been feeling well for about 4 days . Got tested for Covid & Flu & both negative. They Advised a steroid shot to lower inflammation in affected areas, so hope to be feeling better soon. Everyone was very professional and courteous and explained everything clearly to me

Rapid Med provides various types of Covid test. All Covid testing requires an evaluation (office visit) by a provider. We do not offer Telemedicine for Covid treatment or diagnosis. Note travel requirements for Covid testing vary upon the destination. Please check your destination's requirements and advise the staff of the specific test you need.

Because we recognize the specialized training needed we only see patients older than 9 months and younger than 70 years of age.
