Walked in and was out in an hour very satisfied. I will be back in the future.

This place has always been fantastic. It’s clean, they check you in quickly, you’re seen quickly and everything is explained to you in easy to understand terms. The doctors and the staff are always great! I would definitely recommend this urgent care!

Went in due to sore throat and cough. Checked in easily except took a while for me to answer all the questions. Got me in the back very quickly which was impressive. A little wait after back but not super long. All staff friendly and called in medications in a timely manner

The staff at Rapid Urgent Care Mandeville is very attentive, courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend if in need for quality health care.

I waited TWO hours before I saw a doctor!!! Way too long.

Is urgent care designed to make you wait and feel your absolute worst before being seen?

I went in for a sore throat,  body Aches and chills. The check-in process was fine.  They brought me to a room to fill out a bunch of information on an iPad.  I felt like a lot of of the questions were excessive and unnecessary for this type of visit. It was very time-consuming and then I had to wait even longer for them to come pick it up once I was finished.  A medical assistant, or nurse then came in and swapped me for everything which is exactly what I was going there for. No complaints there. Once everything was back, the doctor came in to tell me everything was negative.  He listened to my breath sounds and that was the full extent of his physical Exam.  He did not even look in my throat, which was my main complaint. He did not look in my ears to see if there was an infection  even though I was running a low-grade fever and had complaints of congestion.  He offered me a steroid which I declined. But mostly, I was disappointed in How little he examined me.  I’m sure his chart will document that he did way more and I’m sure he’ll bill for that.  I will likely not return here because of this reason.

No wait and the doctor was thorough and sweet. We really like her.

Definitely the best office to go to when you’re feeling sick, great staff and doctors!  They do go above and beyond with care.
