I cut my finger and it was profusely bleeding. The staff expedited my check-in and I was seen promptly by the physician who numbed my finger and then patched it up with 10 stitches. Everyone was extremely professional and I am very appreciative of the excellent care I received.

Dealing with sore throat symptoms, I decided to make a trip after work. The office was empty and check-in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly and attentive. All around a great experience.

Drs bedside manner was very abrupt. He spent about 30 seconds with us and then prescribed 3 different medications to treat 3 different things “just in case” instead of doing the appropriate tests or just spending a little more time asking questions. He diagnosed something as ringworm that was an infected bug bite. After I told him this he decided to just prescribe 3 different medications to treat whatever it could be and this all happened in about 30 seconds. He barely listened to me and I had to interrupt him to tell him it wasn’t ringworm and that it was a bug bite. Maybe this is standard procedure but I think it was close to closing time and he wanted to leave so he got us out of there as quick as possible. Definitely felt super rushed and that he just wanted us gone. The medical assistant who saw us was amazing though and so kind. She was top notch. The dr, not so much.

Evening before started with urgent need to urinate and with burning, woke up got dressed and went to urgent care, signed in and was escorted to room. Gave urine sample, diagnosis was UTI, Doc Gruezke was kind and caring sent prescription to my CVS. No appointment needed. My go to place.  Would recommend. Wonderful Doctor.

I had hurt my back from a fall.  The doctor i saw was seem like he was in a hurry and did not say much but the extra did not show a fracture.  did not tell me what to do for my pain.  i had to ask can i get some medicine. I said can i get some anti inflammatory.  he agreed.

Got right in. Met with the doctor and had x-rays on my back. Discussed results and left.

Staff were very attentive and thorough.  Service was immediate and friendly.  Appreciate the quality care.
