I'm not one to usually write a review unlike most people. Every business every person has a bad day, but why must everyone judge a business/person on one bad minute. With that said I have to say ReadyMED, Auburn is by far the BEST! I have been there 3 times in Auburn, unfortunately twice in a 24 hours period both times they were amazing. The morning shift 2/1 and the evening shift 2/2 you know who you are. Keep up the awesome work, its a tough job and you never get the credit you are due. Thank you for everything!!

I was sick for more than a week before I had the strength to get myself out of bed. I didn't have the strength to make it to the bathroom. My husband took me in. I had virus symptoms. I waited less than 10 minutes. I have waited much longer in the past. They gave me an IV almost immediately, chest xray, steriods, the whole nine yards. The doctor was on the younger side but extremely nice. He gave me several prescriptions including cough medicine with codeine and an antinausa medication. The coughing brought this on. This was in late February early March. It took 2 more weeks to feel better. My husband was in bed with the same symptoms a week later. At that time my husband joked that I was in quarantine. No visitors allowed. Now both of us are asking if it was Covid? Neither of us have experienced anything like it before. I'm 57 and he is 65. I've never been that sick. I was so thankful to the people at the clinic. Six months prior I was there with a broken arm. Had wonderful care then as well but had to wait 3 hours in pain.

This place is horrible! I had a 54 minute wait and two hours later I was still waiting. The doctors rush you. They should not leave you waiting that long to be seen.

I have been using Ready med now for a while. I bring my children there and today 2/25/2020 at 9 am. They called my daughter in and my daughter's school ended up calling me and I had to take the call and I told the nurse that and it wasnt a long conversation. She had said if you do not get off the phone I will have to call someone else. Next she asked for my daughter's information and when it came to her insurance, she stated I needed her health insurance card. One it is tricare east insurance which is military and she needs a military ID. Well I have explained to Ready med before my ex-husband lives out of state and will not provide her military ID and I have been fighting it through the court system, That being said I have never had a hard time with my children's insurance and give them my ex-husbands SS# because that is what the policy is under. This nurse was rude and stated I needed to have it if not my child would not be seen, I said well I will take her else where and I walked out. I was very frustrated because i had to go all the way to fitchburg, ma to take her to her primary care doctor.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. My daughter had the stomach flu. I was taking her home from Boston (she is a college student) to CT and she continued to vomit in the car. I decided to look for an urgent care on our way - as did not feel that she needed the ER for a bag of saline. After waiting 90 minutes they came to register me (after 8:30 pm) said they could not verify my insurance, refused to call the customer service number, said I can pay cash - then said they were closed, then the provider said they don't have IV fluids and that I would need to leave and go elsewhere. They were rude, had no compassion or bedside manner. I was completely taken aback. When I questioned why it took so long for someone to register me and tell me about their apparent lack of IV fluids, the provider said because I did not free text my request in the kIosk. I guess the patients write their own orders at readymed in Auburn. BTW - my daughter was finally treated at 11pm 4 hours after going to this urgent care. She continued to vomit for an hour and a half until we were able to care at our hometown ER. She required 2 bags of saline, zofran and potassium. We were treated immediately, with kindness and professionalism!

STEER CLEAR!!!!! The most unprofessional facility I have ever entered. I had an X-ray what I believed was supposed to be 3-4 images max. After 4, I began to get anxious and concerned as to why I was getting more than I thought. I asked the radiologist what we’re we all set as I had concerns about the level of radiation I was being exposed to after 7 x-Rays. The radiologist came over to me, places her hand on my arm and said how would you feel if someone was questioning your job, I explained I was not questioning anyone’s job. I was just asking why we were doing an excessive amount of xrays before proceeding? The radiologist held my arm as she spoke to me in a stern voice, just think about that she said how would you feel? I have had to make a formal complete and will have to take action regarding this incident. I will never return to that office again. Care here is awful and unprofessional. This entire experience made me feel completely uncomfortable and doubt medical staff in there. A clinic or surgery is not somewhere where you should feel unsafe
