RediClinic is a retail clinic in Spring and is open today from 8:00AM to 8:00PM. They are located at 130 Sawdust Rd and open7 days per week. Of course it's always best to call in advance to confirm hours of operation before walking in.
Retail clinics offer a wide range of services overlapping considerably with those of a traditional walk-in urgent care center. That said, they are usually staffed by a Practitioner (NP) rather than a medical doctor and generally do not have an on-site x-ray or lab services, which will prevent them from seeing patients with more advanced injuries and illnesses.
RediClinic has received an average rating of2.3 stars out of 5 across more than 12 total reviews.

My wife was not feeling well. They were preferred on our Insurance and they verified our out of pocket was to be zero. Even though they agreed it was at zero cost beyond what Insurance paid, they still demanded to charge a credit card to be seen. My wife looked back at me upon hearing this and I asked if they refuse to see her without the bogus charge on our credit card. The Very Rude and unpleasant person behind the desk said”Excuse me sir, are you the patient here”. Please note the internal review are false and misleading. They hand you an IPad and tell you the ratings are billing purposes as they stand their hovering over your responses.

Went in tonight to be seen at the RediClinic at Sawdust inside HEB. LaVonda the front desk clerk asked what I was being seen for I informed her that it was a hand injury. She asked was this a work injury? I said no. Then she immediately said oh she (the nurse and or doctor on duty) can't see you! I said well how do you know that? She said because she said she can't! Tonight was the first encounter I've had with this location being so RUDE! I asked LaVonda for their corporate office number along with the nurse/doctor name. She provided me with her name along with the corporate office number but she refused to provide me with the other lady's name. She also went on to say that all she could do was prescribe me some Tylenol and or Ibuprofen. WTF... I didn't come in here for drugs but to be seen to see if there was any damage done to my hand! So correct if I'm wrong. She can't see me but can write a script for Meds ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ ♀️!!! Something is clearly wrong here! They both need to be fired!!!! I'm highly disappointed with this whole situation tonight.I bring my kids here because it's convenient but after tonight's service NOT ANYMORE!!!!! I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS! I HOPE LIKE HELL THEY HAVE CAMERAS THAT ACTUALLY RECORD WITH SOUND THAT CAUGHT ALL THIS FOOLISHNESS!!!!! Not too sure where those two women came from but I liked the other staff members!!!!
