I had my daughter tested for covid Monday; was supposed to have results within 48 hours...called on Wed...they said the lab was behind and we should have results by Friday. Still waiting and the office is closed on Friday. No way to reach the lab that is supposedly processing our test. My friend went elsewhere yesterday to have her daughter tested and has results on hand. Skip this place if you don't want to worry needlessly for a week.while missing school and work.

Drove out to this clinic from Seattle specifically to try and get a faster turn around on a COVID test ahead of travel. When I got there on a Wednesday they said they close on Friday and can’t give result till following Monday which is well past their advertised 24-48 hours. They even pushed me to visit another clinic without knowing the details, which I had to google myself. Staff seemed generally apathetic, I was only visitor and they were pretty sluggish getting me in and out the door. I don’t think they like dealing with folks who want a COVID test.

I was informed when I got there that the rapid test would be $150.00 that they don’t send to insurance. That was also the most comfortable nasal swab that I experienced. I feel that it did not go all the way to where I should be swabbed. The lady was swabbing mostly the roof of the nostril but not the sides or the floor of my nostrils. I don’t know if the swab was done right. I hope that my test was done right especially because I paid $150. Out of my pocket. They should have informed the patient how they do business. No one answer their phone lines nor return calls when I called them before my appointment or after my appointment.
