No problem but waited 3 long hours. No water available then nothing was done except sent to the ER there another 21/2 hours to get an X-ray. Can’t get a doctor till Thursday. Not good news.

The appointment was easy to book but the system is atrocious and I don't know how the employees function mentally there. They seem so overwhelmed and stressed for a job that is already stressful. The sister office in Ledgewood continuously sent patients over. We're talking like five in the hour I was waiting to be seen after the time I was scheduled to be there. These people had already been seen by this provider in a sister location and needed xrays. But this very building in hackettstown had nothing but injuries who guess what? needed xrays. That meant anyone scheduled within this building were pushed back. and pushed back and worsening their care and treatment. do you know how it feels to wait two hours in waiting room office chairs with a back injury? not great. not these employees faults or their own scheduling but an entire outside premises! how can you book appointments in two seperate locations if both just end up in one building and ruining the entire day for everyone involved. Your doctor is unhappy and stressed and overwhelmed. Your entire staff is overwhelmed. And not by the patients they have scheduled and given care too but their own system, their own employer. You should be ashamed. I hope they walk out or strike. Hell I bet they can't because then people won't be taken care of. This is a horrible practice.

Stopped in late on Thursday night. Unfortunately there were 7 people ahead of me but was able to schedule appointment for 8:30am the next morning. Did my paperwork online so all that was needed was a co-pay. 8:25 I was getting vitals and answering general information and I’m sorry I don’t remember her name but so very nice and sweet. Was brought to an exam room and by 8:45 Dr. Vincent confirmed my suspicions, ordered my medication and was able to take by 9:30. My very first time to an Urgent Care facility and I can say that the receptionist was kind and friendly, medical assistant was so sweet and knowledgeable and Dr. Vincent had a great bedside manner even though he stated it was a late night due to making sure all of those 7 patients were seen. Thank you all for making my 1st time visit easy!

Took my child in. There were only 4 people ahead of us and the wait time was over 2 hours which is ridiculous. Once we were done with the nurse and waiting for the Dr, we waited almost another 30 mins for him. It's not like he was busy because we could hear him talking to an associate the whole time. There is absolutely no sense of urgency at this place. This isn't our first time there and it's always the same story.

I had called to make an appointment. Was greeted by a wonderful friendly voice. She was able to provide all the answers I was looking for. Did not have to wait long to see the doctor. I enjoyed the friendliness of the assistant that took all my vitals. The doctor was efficient, asked me questions and answered my questions. I was very pleased with all staff persons that day! I would recommend seeing them!

Super convenient. Was able to get my daughter tested for strep right away same day. And she was on her antibiotic by noon. Went to bed already feeling better than when she woke up.

I have been sick with a cold for a few days, with a heavy cough, pain in my face and head and an increase in phlegm . I went to this urgent care facility and was pleasantly surprised by the care o received. I got scrips for meds that I knew were appropriate, tested negative for covid and flu. I am feeling better today, though it will take another day or so to be able to go out. I do recommend this facility for care.

Since the Urgent care ownership changed. I rate the Hackettstown branch horrible. Wait time was over 3 hours. The doctor was incompetent (did not know how to take out a wood splinter from a branch). He said he had never had taken out a splinter in his career. This site had no tweezer!! He tried to pull out with a scissor and ended up cutting the wood splinter to the surface. Had to go to Hackettstown Emergency Room and wait another 2-1/2 hours in waiting room. Thank God they were able to take the splinter within 15 minutes.

Didn't feel well at work went home took over the counter theraful I know it was the flu went to m media center greeted by a registration not very friendly waiting room empty sat there for 45minutes before triage to find out I was the only they are very lacked to get pt in and out quickly doctor came in spent10mins Asked me what meds do I usually get told him he sent them to pharmacy I was then done
