First time visit... everyone was friendly and helpful and patient. Office was very clean and comfortable.

The call center needs work! I’ve had several issues with them. After not being able to get an appt, for my family care, they suggested to walk in the Urgent care, so I go to my normal Westminster location and find out the Urgent care is closed for several day’s. It was suggested I go to the Boulder Urgent care, I was concerned I would have the same issue. I didn’t catch the woman’s name, she said she manages that office and knows they are there and said she would call to let them know she was sending someone. Once there the check in was fast and easy, they accessed my info from the Westminster office and within a couple of minutes was called back, after the normal blood pressure, etc checks the doctor came was with me in less than 2 minutes! Never been in/ out of a Dr. Office so fast. The people at the clinics are always great, but the call center is a waste of time.

Rocky Mountain Urgent Care and Family Medicine have always been top notch in my decade or so of working with them to treat my various medical conditions. The way they are simply makes me feel like I'm being treated by family and I really like that. The waiting times have always been short even if I feel really ill, this is critical because when I'm sick I'm an impatient grump and they do their best to accommodate me as best they can and this will always bring me back. I recommend these guys to everybody I know who needs a GP.

While on vacation, I had to seek medical consult about an allergic skin rash. Making an immediate appt online was easy. The wait time in the waiting room was literally two-minutes. Clinic assistant asked for relevant information for the reason I was there and did not waste time on unrelated issues. The physician was knowledgeable and expedient to offer a treatment plan and had a prescription waiting for me by the time I got to the pharmacy. My entire experience, from the time I first googled Rocky Mountain Urgent Care to the time I walked out of the pharmacy with a prescription, took less than 45 minutes.
