The physician did not provide proper care, had to go to the ER and was told improper care was done. The physician also didn’t wash her hands at all when working with me or switching between other patients and instead opted for only using hand sanitizer. Have also had a similar experience in the past and will not be back.

As someone who works in medicine I can without a doubt say this is the shittiest primary care facility in all of Colorado. The staff has no concept of management or patient care. If they had an inmate with bipolar disorder working as JEN, lisa hawkin’s assistant you’d probably get better service. Getting in touch with your doctor or her shitty medical assistants will be impossible. If you need medication refills for something important to your health expect a 2. Month wait lol. They will never return messages. They fail in every aspect of patient care. I’m so done with this place that if they were the last clinic on earth and I was dying I still wouldn’t go here. They care about taking your money and don’t give two shits about the health and well-being of their patients. I work with patients all day long and know for a fact that doctors and staff that care, do exist. It’s just not these guys. Don’t go here.
