Wait time was 4hrs. Self pay and told to get a Covid test so after $150 to get tele visit want me to spend another $150 for test that will tell you if you have Covid. They tell you they can’t see you because it may be Covid but won’t help you without seeing you. It’s very impersonal and if you are self pay very expensive to not help you and risk you getting sicker. It is such a joke!

The staff at Rocky Mountain Urgent Care have been great--efficient, kind, attentive and straightforward. The Solv app/web portal seems a little glitchy, and it isn't always the most intuitive, but these are issues that can be worked out, considering Solv is new to them.

You do not need to be symptomatic, have pre-existing conditions, or a physician’s note to get tested. Call (303) 429-9311 and select the urgent care option to schedule a telehealth visit and drive up test in our Westminster clinic. Our COVID-19 testing stations are outside. You do not need to get out of your vehicle.
