In short my experience was awesome. A big difference from other locations. They got my Covid testing done in no time at all, clearly explained The process afterwards and that it would arrive in time for my surgery

I went in for an ear issue. I made my appointment online, described what I was coming in for and checked in the night before. It takes me 25 minutes to get there. When the gal at the front asked me why I was there, I told her I had a little pain in my right ear but it was better today than yesterday. She asked if I was congested, and I told her I’ve had a sinus infection in the past. She said I then had to get in my car and do a telemedicine call instead. Why on earth would I have driven all this way to do a telemedicine call when I could have done it at home? The girl at the front was very short with me. I don’t think I’ll ever be coming back here again.

Okay so wait time was over an hour which I imagine isn’t atypical for Urgent Care. My biggest complaint is I’d love to see all staff wear masks. The front desk employee did not have a mask, and I heard her coughing and sneezing. It may have been allergies, but I would like all staff to wear masks as a precaution, and because of all the sick patients you come into contact with
