VERY DISAPPOINTED! I came in for a standard test. The physician misdiagnosed me, and sent me home with the wrong medication that caused an inverse reaction. I tried to contact the facility, and they did not respond to me for months. Eventually they sent me a bill which I tried to dispute and they again failed to respond to me for months. I finally got a call from someone and they are dismissive of the misdiagnostic, and dismiss the dispute. Additionally they are letting me know that the charge may go to collections, which will hurt my credit, and they refuse to hold off while it’s being disputed. *Poor physician input from the physician *Poor customer service from accounting and * No response from management This is unacceptable when it comes to their diagnostic AFFECTING A PATIENT’S HEALTH. Left another message, hopefully I get a call back.

I was told my apt was at x time. I was told to show up 15 minutes before x time. I showed up 15 minutes before the time of my apt then i was told that my actual appt was scheduled for 30 minutes after the time i was given. Then they did not call me in until 20 minutes after my actual appointment. If you have a another recommendation go with that and save yourself the headache. I am writing this review as i still wait to see the dr.

Call (303) 529-8268 and select the urgent care option to schedule a telehealth visit and drive up test in our Aurora clinic. Our COVID-19 testing stations are outside. You do not need to get out of your vehicle. Appointments required.
