Short Version: I highly recommend Rume telehealth. It is a quick, efficient, and convenient way to take care of your health needs. I felt understood by my provider and she offered all the different treatment options available to me. Full Version: I have a preexisting condition that requires me to be on meds long term. I have been struggling with getting help from my PCP at Kaiser as they are never available, or their availability is once every 3/4 months. I wanted something convenient and efficient to help with my needs, so I tried Tele Health with Rume. I found a same day appointment with a telehealth provider in my area. The booking process was quick and easy, and I was connected with a capable provider. Since I was unable to reach my PCP for a few months, I had a lot of questions. The provider was patient and we talked through the common symptoms of my issue, my medical history, my major concerns, etc. I felt understood by my provider and she offered all the different treatment options available to me. I have had PCOS for almost a decade now, none of the doctors I have consulted with before have actually been able to explain the condition and walk through the several options that I have like this one. I would definitely recommend Rume telehealth for your health needs!
