My daughter and I went in for COVID testing. We had just started showing symptoms and wanted to get tested quickly. After waiting in line they took spent about 5 minutes checking our vitals and told us they weren't testing people until they had symptoms for 3 days. That was fine, but then each of us got a bill for $189. They talked to us on the phone several times before we were seen and we told them how long we had been showing symptoms. If they had told us they weren't testing until 3 days with symptoms we would have left. I spoke to them on the phone afterwards and got no help.
