We said we needs a covid test for travel. Aruba are destination said they don’t accept the rapid test we received. Being our first covid test we didn’t really know what we were recieving. It would be helpful if the staff would let us know what test we were In line for and if it would suffice the requirements. We had to go get another test today and they explained and showed us how it works for all airlines.

We filled out all our information on line then had 10:40 appointments . Got here at 10:12 was told they no longer took Solv health and had to fill out 4 more sets of paperwork. It has taken 2 hrs. of waiting with small children. Now have to wait for results. People who did tests nice.

The whole point of taking this test was because it was necessary to get a PCR for Aruba 48 hours or less before my flight. My appt was at 1120 and I waited over two hours. The lines for the testing seemed sloppy and didn’t make sense. I was promised my results 36 hours later at the latest. Now I have to pay $150 to take an airport test and reschedule my flight, because here it is 40 hours later and I still don’t have my results. I don’t have anything against the staff, but if this place is pretty much just doing covid tests they need to overhaul completely how they do it.

I went there for Covid testing. My appointment was 4:10. I came earlier at 3:40 to check in. There were still a lot of cars waiting. The apps online check in says I was at 4th but nobody came to gave me number, so I went out of my car and complain. They gave me number 1. They said Im next. But another car came in and another and another. It was already an hour passed my appointment. Then it was my turn, they guide me to the tent, check my vitals, then another paper works. I said I filled up online, but they said it was needed. Then, I waited. Another 45minutes pass, I was not tested. I asked whats keeping it too long. You have to test us, then let us wait at the parking for the results. But what they are doing was, they test you and right there at the tent you wait for the result before they will moved you and call the next car. I was at the tent for 45minutes and not tested yet. So I quit. I drove away. They dont have a system. There numbering are all mixed up. I'd better had done my appointment with CVS. It was a bad experience.
