Went into clinic during Covid 19. The nurse came out to get me from my car. Nobody in waiting room. I was wearing a mask, nurse was wearing a mask. I Felt very safe until the nurse practitioner came in without a mask. She stood a foot from me on several occasions. No mask , no gloves. It really caught me off guard. I should have said something , but didn’t at the time. I was just very confused. What good does it do to have all these safety regulations in place and then the medical professional that is seeing you, doesn’t even wear a mask?? Very disappointing and scary.

worst customer experience I have ever had
Reviewed in
Went in sick. Filled out new patient paperwork. Nurse brought me back shortly after. Dr. Cosens shook my hand the moment l he walked into the room. I have never had a doctor do that before; that made me feel human rather than just a customer/patient. Those little details carry a lot of weight with me. The doctor evaluated me and ran some tests. I ended up testing + for Influenza A which he countered with a breathing treatment and a couple scripts. I can sum up my experience at SEK Urgent Care by saying: I left home in misery, was treated with all-around care, and then was given an accurate diagnosis and proper treatment. Working in the health insurance industry, I felt the cost was lower/average compared to other urgent cares.

Horrible!!! This placed charged 3 times as much as Via Christi Convenient Care. I went there and for them to tell me I was sick cost $400. I was billed for tests that I never got and the 'standard fee' was $150 more than any other place I have ever seen. I then called for a week and left messages with the office manager to ask about the bill and never received a call back. I HIGHLY advise to NOT GO to this place.

Message from the clinic:
