I was not seen at this clinic. I made an appointment for a rapid COVID-19 test. Upon arrival, they said the ran out of tests 10 minutes earlier. I left without being seen.

I came to get COVID test. Staff was very nice, but it has been over 48 hours and no one has contacted me with my results. I tried calling their office TWELVE TIMES! And no one answers! They need to get a better system for telling patients results.

This place is so unorganized. No access to patient portal to get results and they seem as if they have no idea what they are doing. It doesn’t seem legit at all. Would not recommend for anything.

I waited for 45 minutes for a rapid COVID test that I had scheduled through the SOLV website in which I arrived early to the appointment as well. Then was charged a co-pay when everything was previously approved online. 48 hours later still haven't received PCR results.
