Physician was awesome. Front desk and intake persons were unfriendly and did not explain or introduce themselves. Used a thermometer and placed it back in drawer w/out wiping it clean. No wipes visible in exam room.

After leaving Care Now, off of Hwy 190, due to their extremely long wait time and rude front desk. (Even though there were only a hand full of people in the waiting area.) I searched for another urgent care clinic. I was fortunate enough to find Shiloh Urgent Care! As soon as I walked in, I knew that I was going to like this place. The staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. The nurse practitioner that attended me was so sweet and knowledgeable. She actually took the time to listen to me and check me without rushing through my visit. She went above and beyond! She answered every question that I had. And actually cared about how I felt. After tests were done, she was able to diagnose me. Meds were sent to my pharmacy with ease. I would definitely recommend Shiloh urgent care to my family and friends.
