I made the appt online saturday morning. I THOUGHT I changed the time from 9.30 to 10.06 but I guess I messed up and the time wasn't changed. The receptionist told me about the time discrepancy then she kept on typing without looking up or smiling. I started to leave because I didn't think they were going to see me even though the office seemed to be empty. Then she finally said that I could go in. The lady that took my BP was very nice and informative and was the friendliest person there. She explained the covid testing to me. They were, supposed to do the rapid test and the PCR test. I was told the PCR test would take 1-3 business days. The woman who did the covid test didn't give me any warning she was going to jab the swab up my nose...twice! She was very rough and quick. I had this test done once before and it was done slowly in a more delicate manner. After 3 business days I called them for my results and was told the PCR test wasn't ordered by the physician so there were no results. I have gone to Primacare in the past and will continue to go there in the future. They even follow up with their patients afterwards to see how you are doing.
