The place felt more like a spa that an urgent care, which was relaxing while I was waiting with a fever to be seen. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose this urgent care over another, if needed.

Went for jaw pain from grinding my teeth in my sleep, they decided to give me an ear lavage. I’ve had many ear lavages, this one was very rough. Tech was very heavy handed and was causing a lot of pain, to the point she made my right ear start bleeding. I’ve had this procedure multiple times, never this rough. The tech was very nice and apologetic. Other ear the Nurse Practitioner took some wax out and left a bunch, she was getting visibly a little uneasy which is understandable with ear wax, but she stopped too early and I can feel a nice clump of wax sitting on my eardrum. I cannot hear out of my left ear now. Waiting in ER now to get something fixed that wasn’t even supposed to happen or even what I originally went in for. Definitely would not recommend this site to anybody I know or care about. Different location could be better but this one needs to find some staff that can better perform or be trained on easy and simple procedures as this one was supposed to be.

Everything went well - super clean and friendly staff. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. The only issue I had is I wish they would of sent my sons prescription to a pharmacy that was contracted with my insurance verses me having to call around.

I called with a few questions and was asked to make an appointment to help ensure I was seen in a timely manner. I was seen at my appointed time. The staff was amazing and I was very pleased to know I could get my prescription there as well. Great facility, great staff, and amazing service.

Excellent. With regard to cleanliness there are 2 very large artificial plant installations that are dust traps and would be virtually impossible to clean thoroughly: tens of feet worth of flowers that look like rows of long Hawaiian leis and a large panel on the wall of artificial ferns and other artificial plants. The waiting room in a health care facility would be better of with only surfaces that can easily be cleaned. The photo murals are gorgeous and these fake plant material works are unnecessary and unhygenic.

Other urgent cares offer rapid tests if you suggest you want that. We were told we could not choose. That’s why I will choose another office next time. “CDC” rules is what we were told. I think other offices also have CDC “rules”

I did wait longer than I expected, which didn’t bother me as much as the NP walking in with a diagnosis before even seeing me. I’m curious to see what her physical assessment states. I had to ask her was she even going to examine me. It’s a sad day when we as healthcare providers treat numbers versus treating our patients and their symptoms! She made me feel as though She didn’t believe the symptoms that I was reporting because the lab work shows different. My glands are swollen I can barely swallow and she diagnosed me with allergies. My nose was not congested and yes I do have seasonal allergies so I am well aware of what those symptoms are. After she finally looked in my mouth she turned to her computer and had her nerve to ask me if I still have my tonsils. So my question is what did she look at? If I come in with a complaint of a sore throat and inability to swallow you look at my mouth and you don’t note my tonsils? Again I feel like she only looked because I questioned her about the exam. I know with healthcare reform mid-level is The new wave for primary care however if this is how patients are going to be treated I think your facility should always have an experienced physician available for when the NP is overwhelmed and start making up diagnoses because she doesn’t know what else to say. We are all well aware that there’s no straight line in healthcare. Because my labs were not indicative of the straight line she was looking for I felt like I was not given a proper exam. I had my own oral thermometer where my temperature is 99.6. They have a thermometer that they roll across your forehead which said 97. She tells me “you don’t have a fever anyway” Again taking away from what me as a patient is telling you that’s going on. Even if I did not have a fever at the time of the visit if that is my complaint then that should be part of your assessment whether you believe it or not or whether that’s what’s presenting at that moment I took Tylenol prior to coming to the office. This is not the end of my complaint I am going to review the explanation of benefits and if she puts a wrong claim and I am going to report it. I want I feel like I should be refunded my co-pay because I was not properly examined. Generalized weakness fever swollen glands I also told her that I was recently exposed to strep throat from my grandson she never swabbed me for either Covid or strep throat or the flu for that matter her immediate conclusion was allergies because the lab (CBC) says so. This has been by far the worst and most unprofessional experience in my entire life with a healthcare provider.
