I rarely do reviews because I don't like to be negative. I've been to this clinic a few times and wasn't super pleased but today I had basically no wait time and I saw the best PA (Simone Coderellis). She was very thorough and diagnosed me with Bronchitis. I was really feeling rough. Simone did a through examine and prescribed just what I needed, including a shot to the hip. Thank you so much Simone!

I went to this urgent care 1 1/2 hours before they closed. Big mistake. Even tho there was only 1 other person in the waiting room the wait was still a hour. Only seen 2 people come out. The NP Rachel was very much in a hurry to leave , it was very obvious when she checked my throat, ears and breathing in 10 seconds flat. Did not seem to care at all. Then said she was going to call in a steroid. So I go to get it and wait, wait and wait. Tried to call them back but they were closed. The next day I CALL THEM, they tell me that when the non caring NP went to call it in she saw in my records that I was allergic to it, not sure who's record she was looking at but couldn't have been mine. She was rushing so much who knows what she was seeing. Then they say they couldn't get in touch with me . They never tried. I had to fill out a new record when I was there. I only put down my cell and they never called it. They really don't care. Such a shame when people go into a career where they are expected to care and they don't.
