Pointless. The staff were friendly but gave wrong information. before being seen, I was assured I would be billed just for my copay (which is 30) but I received a bill for 112. The nurse practitioner I saw clearly treated me as not actually sick. I was merely seeking an antibiotic (it had been more than a year since my last one, her rants about overprescribing were unwarranted). I was sick. So sick. Miserable. Had felt ill all week. She refused to treat because she wanted me to be sick and miserable longer. I was trying to avoid missing work, avoid loss of income I couldn't afford to lose. She refused, unapologetically. I wound up seeing my primary care the following Monday, paying another fee there, for the inevitable (needed!) antibiotic. It was soooo pointless, and it was absolutely a financial abuse and hardship to charge me for her lack-of-care. I will absolutely NEVER go back and I recommend you seek care elsewhere. I also refuse to pay that bill. I've never refused to pay a bill before, but I will NOT pay that one. There are better docs out there!!!!
