    You discuss symptoms and ordered a CT scan. Then promised to call back the same day with results and instructions. Still have not heard from you and no one picks up if we call.

    I took my 22 yr old grandson to the Summit because he was sent home from work with flu like symptoms. Why was he not tested for the flu? Having that info. would help to decide if he and I (currently asymptomatic) need to isolate ourselves from others for 48 hrs vs two weeks. Marsha Avery Patient: Angel Avery

    My 8 month old grand daughter needed to be seen this morning. She is from out of town and hesitate to take her anywhere but Children's Hospital. We went on and used you all because we knew it was an ear infection. The staff were wonderful from the time we walked in the door until the nurse delivered her bottle of antibiotic to us!! Thank you so much😊
