If I could give 0 stars I would! The first point of contact, the black lady at the front desk is SOOOOOO RUDE! Look at the other reviews about this place...there are many reviews about how rude the receptionist is...It’s a wonder this place is still in business. It costs nothing to be kind to people, clearly the doctor is ok with this person behaving this way, because I raised the issue and the rude attitude continued. The lady at the front desk literally tried to yank something out of my hand without asking and I had to check her on it and she even hung up on me when I called. If the doctor is ok with their bottom line being negatively affected, then she should allow things to continue unchecked, just as things have been. On the next day after visiting this horrible place I received a very condescending text from them, telling me that I should have spoken with management, which is something I had already done but the poor attitude continued. Perhaps instead of harassing me, they should use that same energy and address the issues they have in house first!
