Rapid Covid test (in car) went smoothly. Minimum wait time. All questions answered. Professional staff. Appointment required for test.

I had pre checked in & called when I arrived. Waited in my car less you Than 5 minutes for a Covid test. Nurse came out quickly, Swabbed my nose & the Doctor came out with my results in 15 minutes. She also asked other questions & gave recommendations to help with my symptoms. I will come back to this facility in the future.

My 5yo ended up with a buckle fracture after falling off the monkey bars at school. The staff was amazing with her, keeping her calm and reassuring her that even grown ups can get broken bones too.

I went in on June 1, 2021 because of a very hard coughing and I could feel the rattling in my lungs. I knew that I would be talking to the PA on an iPad. So the person up front took x-rays, blood pressure, temperature & rapid Covid test & then handed me the iPad and left out of the room. He didn't listen to my lungs at all. When I talk to the PA she only told me that my lungs were clear & called in a prescription for coughing & told me to get some Mucinex tablets & to follow up with my PA the next day at my PCP office. I went there the next day and my PA was very upset because she didn't start me on an antibiotic, she also told me that I had pneumonia. She had to give steroid tablets for 10 days and she also told me to go ahead and get what the other PA wanted me to get but she said that if I would not have come in the next day that the pneumonia could have put me in the hospital. I was sick with for 3 weeks. It took 2 rounds of antibiotics to get rid it. So I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this PLACE to ANYONE AT ALL!! PLUS I WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for MY COPY which is NOT RIGHT for the SERVICE that THEY PROVIDED!!! After I talked to their PA, she told me to take the iPad to the front desk and they would check me out!! They DIDN'T EVEN COME BACK INTO the ROOM AT ALL!!! NO MORE GOING THERE FOR ME!!!
