The receptionist was nice. The assistant manager was not happy I asked what was taking so long! After waiting two hours was only told to go to the Emergency room.No discharge papers given until I insisted that I be given something to take to the Emergency room. It was then the Nurse went and completed what they call a "Quick note'! I went to the hospital and the first thing I was asked for was the discharge papers and the Doctor's order for the chest x-ray and of course I didn't have one. I don't know if they thought we couldn't pay the bill or what the problem was. Then I was told "well you won't be charged" I was wondering if they even had a Doctor on Staff. The worse service ever!!
